My partner and I have been to the Colchester clinic and the staff are incredible, we started our IVF journey in March this year and my partner has quite bad anxiety and all the staff were incredibly reassuring with her and very patient and answered every single worry and concern she had they were very quick to respond to any emails and were very helpful, our 1st child is due in the new year

After our first frozen transfer failed, I was feeling devastated and uncertain about the future. However, the team was there for us every step of the way, offering not only their expertise but also genuine kindness and understanding.They listened to our concerns, made thoughtful changes to our treatment plan, and were always ready to respond to our emails and calls, no matter how small the question. Their professionalism and dedication are unmatched, and thanks to their care, our second transfer was successful, and we are now blessed with a healthy baby.If you're looking for a clinic that takes you seriously, listens to your needs, and supports you with compassion, I highly recommend this team. Everyone I met at KindIVF were very friendly and always made me feel at ease. They explained every step fully and were always there to answer any questions. I have had my egg collection and fingers crossed the next steps keep going as planned.I couldn't recommend them enough.

From the moment we started our fertility journey with the team, we felt at home.
