During the consultation

The doctor will review the results of your investigations and assess your suitability for the Kind iVF protocol. If you are not eligible for Kind iVF, they will discuss all the fertility options available to you with our sister clinic, London Women’s Clinic.

What is included?

Depending on your personal circumstances for treatment your fertility health assessment will contain a combination of the following tests.

AMH Blood Test – The Anti Mullerian Hormone (AMH) blood test is used to provide an indication of your ovarian reserve. To be eligible for Kind iVF your AMH level must fall between 6 – 35 pmol/l.

Pelvic Ultrasound Scan – The ultrasound scan provides detailed information about your reproductive health. The doctor or sonographer will assess your antral follicle count, providing more detail about your ovarian reserve. Additionally, they will check for any abnormalities, such as polyps or fibroids which may affect your ability to conceive.

Semen Analysis – If you are planning to progress to treatment with a male partner, they will need to undergo a semen analysis. This assessment will confirm the concentration and morphology of sperm being produced.

Consultation – During your consultation, one of our Kind consultants will review the results of your fertility health assessment and confirm if you are eligible for Kind iVF. The most optimal course of treatment for you will be discussed along with the next steps for starting your treatment cycle.
